User Agreement

01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the ck3334 website accessible at https://ck3334.net, including all pages, sub-pages, and mobile-optimised versions thereof.
• "ck3334", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the Platform.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a User upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Wallet" means the virtual account balance held within the Platform, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bet" means any wager placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, or other gaming product available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, reload offer, or other incentive issued by ck3334 to a User, subject to the applicable bonus terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by ck3334 before a User may make withdrawals or access certain platform features.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), which governs all time references within these Terms unless otherwise stated.

02 Eligibility

Access to and use of the ck3334 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which you must satisfy at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ck3334 strictly enforces an 18+ age restriction across all products. Any User found to be under the age of 18 will have their account immediately suspended and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable responsible gaming protocols.
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are unsure whether you possess such capacity, you should seek independent legal advice before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of ck3334 or any of its affiliated software providers.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order currently active on the Platform or any other recognised self-exclusion scheme.

ck3334 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension pending review.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of products and services on the ck3334 Platform, you must register a personal account. The following conditions govern the registration process and ongoing account maintenance:

• Each individual may hold only one registered account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ck3334 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• You must notify ck3334 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• ck3334 reserves the right to carry out KYC verification at any point during the account lifecycle. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address dated within the last three months.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to an inactivity fee or closure at ck3334's discretion, following notification to the registered email address.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ck3334 Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may change without advance notice; the current list is displayed in the account cashier at all times.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by ck3334, though your payment provider may apply its own limits.
• Deposits are credited to your Wallet in real time in most cases. In the event of a delay caused by a payment provider, ck3334 will investigate and resolve the matter within 24 hours of a support request being raised.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 60 minutes for bKash and Nagad under normal operating conditions. Requests submitted outside of Bangladesh Standard Time business hours may take up to 24 hours to complete.
• ck3334 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which ck3334 accepts no liability.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into the same account. ck3334 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal where fraud prevention protocols are triggered.
• Any funds deposited using a payment method that is later found to be fraudulent, unauthorised, or associated with criminal activity will be forfeited, and the account will be suspended pending investigation.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

ck3334 offers promotional bonuses, free bets, free spins, and reload offers to eligible registered users. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of offer:

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through systematic betting strategies, arbitrage, or collusion will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.
• Each promotion will specify a wagering requirement, which must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times).
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses must be used within thirty (30) calendar days of being credited to the account. Unused bonuses will expire automatically after this period.
• ck3334 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time. Users who have already activated a bonus will be given reasonable notice of any material change affecting their existing bonus balance.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to [email protected] immediately. ck3334 reserves the right to reverse erroneous bonus credits at any time.
• Promotions are available to residents of Bangladesh only, unless the promotion page explicitly states otherwise.

06 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the ck3334 sportsbook, including pre-match and live in-play markets:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. ck3334 is not liable for odds displayed as a result of a technical error; such bets may be voided at ck3334's discretion.
• The minimum single bet stake is ৳50. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event and are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement.
• Bets placed on events that have already commenced (kick-off, first ball, tip-off) will be voided unless the market was specifically offered as a live in-play market at the time of placement.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Wallet, unless specific rules for that market state otherwise (e.g., cricket Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method outcomes).
• ck3334 reserves the right to limit the stake amount, restrict market access, or close an account where there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, insider information use, or systematic exploitation of pricing errors.
• Live in-play bet acceptance is subject to a brief processing delay during which the final odds are confirmed. By placing a live bet, you accept that the confirmed odds may differ slightly from those displayed at the moment of click, within the tolerances stated in the bet slip.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to the Wallet within five (5) minutes of the relevant event result being officially confirmed.

07 Casino & Game Rules

The following rules govern the use of all casino products on the ck3334 Platform, including live dealer tables, slots, and specialty games:

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by internationally accredited providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Game outcomes are independently certified to be random and fair.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is available within the game information panel. Live table games operate according to standard card game rules, which are also accessible from within each game interface.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round, ck3334's server logs will determine the outcome of any active hand or spin. If the round cannot be resolved due to technical failure, the stake will be returned to the Wallet.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the ck3334 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or through proxies, nominees, or fictitious identities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with ck3334.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, screen scrapers, or any software designed to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage. Users who identify such errors must report them to [email protected] without exploiting them.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players or third parties, or using insider information when placing bets.
• Conducting, facilitating, or participating in money laundering or any other financial crime using the ck3334 Platform as a vehicle.
• Sharing account access with any third party, including family members. Each account is strictly personal and non-transferable.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any element of the Platform's software, security systems, or data infrastructure.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the ck3334 Platform — including but not limited to the ck3334 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data feeds — is the exclusive intellectual property of ck3334 or its licensed third-party providers.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution, or public display of any Platform content without prior written consent from ck3334.
• Use of the ck3334 name, logo, or branding in any marketing, social media, or commercial context without written authorisation.
• Framing, mirroring, or embedding any part of the Platform on a third-party website or application.
• Extraction or systematic scraping of odds data, game results, or other data feeds from the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of ck3334 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by ck3334.

10 Privacy & Data

ck3334 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data is collected only for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
• ck3334 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform's servers.
• Personal data is never sold to third parties. Data may be shared with KYC verification partners, payment processors, and fraud prevention services strictly as necessary to operate the Platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the Platform caused by circumstances beyond ck3334's reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party service failures, and force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure or from your use of the Platform in violation of these Terms.
• Incorrect odds or game results displayed as a result of third-party data feed errors, where ck3334 has taken reasonable steps to verify the accuracy of such data.

Nothing in these Terms limits ck3334's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

ck3334 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Confirmed or suspected use of the account by a person under the age of 18.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or instruction from a recognised law enforcement authority.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ck3334 will endeavour to notify the account holder within 48 hours via the registered email address. Funds held in a suspended account will be retained pending the outcome of the investigation and will be returned to the account holder where no breach is confirmed, subject to deduction of any outstanding amounts owed to ck3334.

Users wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within two (2) business days. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be paid out to the account holder's most recently used withdrawal method, provided KYC has been completed.

13 Responsible Gaming

ck3334 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period. Once reached, further real-money play is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure pop-up reminders after a set period of continuous play to encourage regular breaks.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary cooling-off period (24 hours to 6 months) or a permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

14 Amendments to These Terms

• Send a notification to all registered users via their registered email address, where the changes materially affect their rights or obligations.

Your continued use of the Platform after the updated Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the ck3334 operator's jurisdiction of incorporation. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be resolved as follows:

• Step 1 — Informal Resolution: You must first contact ck3334 support at [email protected] and allow a period of thirty (30) calendar days for the matter to be resolved informally before initiating formal proceedings.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If the matter is not resolved informally within thirty (30) days, you may submit a formal written complaint to ck3334 via email, setting out the full particulars of the dispute and the remedy sought.
• Step 3 — Arbitration: If the formal complaint process does not produce a satisfactory resolution, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its immediate interests.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
